As Founder of Inspire! I'm the primary caster and keeper of our vision, and I thought a brief introduction to our ministry and its various facets would serve you well, just in case you're wondering who we are and what we're about.

First of all, a note about the name I've chosen to express our identity. The word inspire means "to influence, move or guide by divine or supernatural inspiration; to exert an animating, enlivening, or exalting influence on; to spur on." These words express ambitious and lofty ideals--ideals we sense a calling to pursue as servants and agents of Christ. Our prayer is that we will be profoundly influenced and enlivened by Him so that we may influence and spur you on to experience the delights of knowing God and making Him known.

·       Inspire! Vision: To inspire and equip women to live and mentor others in the love and grace of God expressed in the gospel

We long for women to come to vibrant faith in Christ, to understand their secure place in God's affection, to experience Him intimately as He desires, and to joyfully make their unique contributions to their spheres of influence.

·       Inspire! Purpose: To so enjoy God that we truly live according to the gospel, expressing our unique selves and joyfully offering our gifts, wisdom and experience to our widening circles of influence as we inspire other women to do the same for upcoming generations

·       Inspire! Ministry Team Philosophy: Empowered by the Spirit, we purpose to mentor women in the gospel of Christ (through all of our products and offerings) so that they experience transformation of heart, mind and lifestyle.

As individuals and as a team, we are committed to prayer and diligence to realize our vision, and we desire and work to remain sensitive and obedient to the Spirit's guidance in fulfilling our mission.

We are committed to deepening intimacy with God through spiritual disciplines, mentoring relationships and service to our churches and communities.

These are the three major aspects of our ministry, some of which are intertwined:

Inspire! Website, our public portal, authority site and international community of mentors. This is the venue that currently provides us the most extensive outreach to mentors, wherever you are in the world. And it's the place to showcase our high quality mentoring resources and make them available to you.  

Inspire! Publications, the unique mentoring and training resources we produce for you in print, audio and video.

Our powerful Titus 2: Spiritual Mentoring for Women series has been used by many hundreds of women in more than 35 churches of various sizes and denominations nationwide. These studies and training program are my signature pieces and the foundation upon which Inspire! has been established and is expanding. You can find more about the mentoring program, training and consultation with me and our team in Mentoring Products. 

Mentor University will offer unique training and equipping opportunities to women internationally through teleseminars and webinars taught by our outstanding faculty. These classes will be publicized on our Inspire! site and in Inspired Mentoring, our weekly tips with mentoring wisdom and inspiration.

Inspire! House, the future centerpiece of our mentoring ministry. It has been my desire and dream for more than 20 years to have a large house where women can come for leadership training, spiritual refreshment, networking, prayer, and of course inspiration and support to move forward with their own callings and dreams.

Our prayer is that God will provide a beautiful house we did not build and furnishings we did not buy (Deuteronomy 6:11-13) for the women He brings to us for renewal, transformation and equipping.

I trust that God will minister to and through you in some way because of what He has inspired within our hearts.
